    Week 1: Introduction to Sleep Apnea & Sleep Physiology

    • Overview of sleep physiology and sleep disorders

    • Types of sleep apnea: Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Central Sleep Apnea (CSA), and Complex Sleep Apnea

    • Risk factors, symptoms, and complications of untreated sleep apnea

    Week 2: Diagnosis & Clinical Assessment

    • Screening tools and questionnaires (STOP-BANG, Epworth Sleepiness Scale)

    • Diagnostic tests: Polysomnography (Sleep Study), Home Sleep Apnea Testing (HSAT)
